About Me.  Well, I am married, with two kids.  I created this blog because when ever someone sends me something that I think is amusing, I always forget to pass it on to someone who would like to see it so I just post it here instead.  A lot of the the stuff that is posted here is already somewhere else on the net, but at least here I can have one place to send my friends to, when I want to show them something interesting.

I also use this as a tool to track my changes in AS/RA.  When I hit Cleveland Clinic and I can pull up all the days/weeks that were either good, bad or just moderate for my doctor.  Very useful since its easier to keep an electronic log book instead of writing it down on a piece of paper.  You can view more information on my disease at this link, its pretty accurate info from what I have seen so far: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ankylosing_spondylitis
