Today (this morning) was with out a doubt the worst to date.  I give it a 9 out of 10 on the scale.  My are the worst, then my .  My knuckles are actually swelling up and causing my to look like I finally have .  I wanted to cry like a bitch it hurt so bad.  I went and had more blood work done and that was a pain (literally) having to walk through the hospital.  I can’t imagine what it would be like with out my pain medicines.  Right now, the pain meds knocked my pain down from a 9 to a 7.  That does not seem like much but I am VERY great-full for even that minor bit of relief (since I know what the full affect of this disease feels like minus any pain meds)!
